A monitoring agent is only worth hiring if its protective action is bounded the same way a lend is. Ava's Aave adapter already builds unsigned repay and withdraw calldata, and the two-phase preview pipeline the live lend routes use would gate the protective action here too. What does not exist is the watch loop itself, so this category stays marked not live until one runs.

the mandate, when it ships

The mandate will bound a read-only health-factor watch plus one capped protective action, a repay or a withdraw, on the named chain and asset only. The Aave adapter already builds unsigned repay calldata; no monitor loop runs today.
